  After we made a terrible mistake last week that was completely our fault, Christopher Washington was BEYOND PHENOMENAL putting everything right again. Chris went the distance for us with repeated attempts to reach the correct agent on the phone, waiting on hold for long periods and persistently trying again after being misdirected and even disconnected. The patience he demonstrated in order to fix our problem was magnificent -- and hugely appreciated by us. Chris's careful steps reversed our problem so we could leave the store greatly relieved and happy. Worth mentioning is that Chris very gladly devoted his full attention, time, and effort to us even after I had been regrettably quite rude to him days earlier (shame, shame on me). This serves to illustrate not only Chris's fine personal character as a human being but also his extraordinary professionalism to be able to put aside a customer's rude personality earlier in order to assist eagerly until resolution of an issue. In so doing, Chris represents Verizon and this store location in the strongest way and deserves extra recognition. Thank you again so much, Chris!
