  I came to this store on 21st December to get two silver 64 gig iphone X . They told me that they could not outright sell the phones but that I could upgrade to the iphone X. So I upgraded, went home and wrap them for Christmas. However once the family opened the presents the phones were not the silver ones. Today 26th December I came to the store to correct the problem like is common the manager claims he didnt hear the conversation about the silver IPhones even thou one of the associates that was present is here and he only have to ask him. He is only interested in charging the restocking fee of 45 dollars per phones. The boxes are not even open. Did not bother to ask the associates that were present when the transaction took place. A loyal customer With AT&T hardline since 1986 cell phone since 2004, stock holder in the company and this is how they repay loyal customers. I will be terminating services with AT&T. They can keep the 90 dollars. I Preffer a company that don't doubt my word and that I can with a clear mind recommend and stand by than this predatory profit driven company.
